New Year's Health Tips
WATER, WATER, WATER. Start the New Year off with drinking at least one water bottle a day and gradually increase as the year goes on. It will help keep you hydrated during our dry winter.
GERMS. They are everywhere. Keep your family and self-healthy this time of year by washing hands several times throughout the day and staying home when you are sick.
EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES. Eating a couple of servings of fruits and veggies every day will help keep you from snacking on leftover Christmas goodies.
EXERCISE. Even exercising just one day a week will improve your overall health and wellness. So start small this New Year and increase gradually as you become stronger.
