UDOT plans to improve the interchange located at I-15 and 9000 S in Sandy City by adding additional lanes to freeway ramps and widening 9000 S. I-15; 10600 SOUTH

UDOT began construction on the I-15 Interchange at 10600 South in May, connecting the I-15 northbound off-ramp to Monroe Street. The bridge deck over I-15 will also be resurfaced to provide a smoother driving surface and preserve the life of the structure. Watch for shifting traffic patterns and lane closures in this area.

In order to complete this project as quickly as possible, there will be a full closure of the I-15 10600 South Interchange for approximately 2 weeks in September. Anticipated completion of the project is spring 2018.
