Quick Tips: Health in the New Year
1. WATER, WATER, WATER. Start the New Year off with drinking at least one water bottle a day and gradually increase as the year goes on. It will help keep you hydrated during our dry winter.
2. GERMS. They are everywhere. Keep your family and self healthy this time of year by washing your hands several times throughout the day and staying home when you are sick.
3. EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES. Eating a couple of servings of fruits and veggies everyday will help keep you from snacking on leftover Christmas goodies.
4. EXERCISE. Even exercising just one day a week will improve your overall health and wellness. Therefore, start small this New Year and increase gradually as you become stronger.
