Sandy City Mayor Kurt Bradburn Invited to the White House to Discuss Infrastructure

(SANDY, Utah) January 22, 2018 – Sandy City Mayor, Kurt Bradburn, is one of 50 mayors across the United States invited to the White House on January 24, 2018 to discuss local infrastructure needs and how to best address the challenges of infrastructure funding as part of Mayors Across America. This event is being held in preparation for the launch of the Trump Administration’s infrastructure initiative.

As a new mayor of one of Utah’s largest cities, Bradburn offers a fresh perspective on the opportunities of using technology to bring infrastructure into the 21st century.

When discussing the opportunity to visit Washington DC and meet The President, Mayor Bradburn said “I am looking forward to visiting the White House to discuss how technology update can create efficiencies in our infrastructure system. We rely on technology to simplify and streamline our lives. It is critical that we apply those same technologies to making our cities smarter and more responsive for citizens”.
